Mirocode(미로코드) Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Mirocode ("Application") developed and provided by Code Creates Corp. ("Service Provider") for mobile devices, offered as a free service. Use of this Application is subject to the terms of this privacy policy and is provided "AS IS."
1. Information Collection and Use
When using the Application, the following information may be collected automatically or optionally:
• Device IP address and device type
• Operating system information
• Geolocation data (device location)
• Application usage data: screen activity, scan frequency, session duration
• Scanned code content and scan success/failure result
• Optional metadata including: timestamp, app version, language setting
• Camera image temporarily captured at the time of scanning (including background environment)
2. Use of Temporarily Captured Camera Images
To ensure code authenticity and improve counterfeiting detection, the Application may temporarily capture an image during the code scanning process. This image may include parts of the surrounding environment (e.g., product label, monitor, surface, etc.). These images are processed solely for real-time verification and are not stored externally or used to identify individuals. If misuse or abnormal code behavior is detected, a minimal form of scan-related data may be retained temporarily for security investigation in compliance with applicable law.
3. Location Data
The Application may collect the device’s approximate location for the purpose of tracking scan-related fraud patterns and improving regional counterfeit detection.
4. User Consent
By using the Application and initiating a code scan, you consent to the temporary image capture, location data collection, and their processing solely for security verification, fraud prevention, and anti-counterfeiting analysis.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, which have their own privacy policies. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
6. Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose information in the following situations:
• When required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order)
• To enforce rights or investigate fraud or unauthorized activities
• To trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations
• For security incidents or violations of code use policies
7. Opt-Out and Data Deletion
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.

1. 수집 및 이용하는 정보
애플리케이션 사용 시 아래와 같은 정보가 자동 또는 선택적으로 수집될 수 있습니다:

2. 카메라 이미지의 일시적 사용
정품 여부 확인 및 가품 탐지 향상을 위해, 코드 스캔 시점에 일시적으로 카메라 이미지가 촬영될 수 있습니다. 해당 이미지에는 코드 주변 환경(예: 제품 라벨, 테이블, 모니터 등)이 일부 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 기술적 일관성 확인 및 가품 방지를 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
해당 이미지는 외부에 저장되지 않으며, 개인 식별을 위한 용도로 절대 사용되지 않습니다. 실시간 보안 분석을 위해 처리된 후 자동 폐기됩니다. 단, 복제 시도나 비정상적 코드 사용이 탐지될 경우, 관련 데이터를 법령에 따라 최소한으로 일시 보관할 수 있습니다.
3. 위치정보
애플리케이션은 사용자 단말기의 위치 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 지역별 가품 패턴 분석 및 보안 고도화를 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
4. 사용자 동의
본 애플리케이션 사용 및 코드 스캔을 시작함으로써, 사용자는 이미지 및 위치정보의 일시적 수집과 보안 검증·가품 방지를 위한 처리에 동의하게 됩니다.
5. 제3자 서비스

9. 아동 보호
이 애플리케이션은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 관련 데이터 수집을 인지할 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.

수집된 모든 정보는 기술적, 물리적, 관리적 보호조치를 통해 안전하게 보호됩니다.
