These Terms and Conditions apply to the Mirocode ("Application") for mobile devices and the Mirocode website (www.mirocode.co.kr), both provided by Code Creates Corp. ("Service Provider") as free services. By downloading or using the Application or visiting the Website, you agree to the terms described herein. Please read them carefully.
1. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property related to the Application and Website remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
2. Modifications and Service Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application or its services at any time for any reason. Updates may be provided, and you agree to accept such updates to continue use.
3. Data Collection and Environmental Image Capture
To detect counterfeit attempts and ensure authenticity, the Application may temporarily capture images of the code and its surrounding environment during scanning. These images are used solely for verification and technical validation purposes, not stored externally, and never used to identify individuals. If misuse is suspected, minimal data may be retained for investigation under applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate third-party services like Google Play Services, which operate under their own terms. Please review their policies separately.
5. Internet and Device Usage
Certain functions of the Application require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not liable for limited functionality due to connectivity issues, mobile data charges, or battery depletion. You are responsible for related costs.
6. User Responsibility and Security
You are responsible for maintaining device security. Jailbreaking or rooting may compromise security and functionality. The Service Provider is not liable for any resulting damage.
7. Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application without prior notice, especially in case of misuse or violation of these terms. Upon termination:
(a) your license ends,
(b) you must stop using and delete the Application.
8. Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to maintain accuracy, it relies on external data and systems. It is not liable for losses from reliance on Application or Website content.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Use of Website (www.mirocode.co.kr)
The Website provides information about the Service Provider and its services. It does not require user registration or data submission. All content on the Website is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may view content but may not copy or redistribute it without written permission. The Service Provider does not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of Website content and assumes no liability for decisions based on it.

본 이용약관은 Code Creates Corp.(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 제공하는 미로코드 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 "애플리케이션")과 웹사이트(www.mirocode.co.kr, 이하 "웹사이트")에 적용됩니다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 웹사이트에 접속함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 사용 전 반드시 내용을 숙지해주시기 바랍니다.
1. 지적재산권 및 사용 제한
애플리케이션 또는 웹사이트의 소스코드 추출, 무단 복제, 수정, 번역, 2차 저작물 제작 등은 금지되며, 관련 지적재산권은 모두 서비스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다.

3. 코드 주변 환경 이미지 수집
제품의 위조 방지 및 정품 인증을 위해, 코드 스캔 시 코드 주변 환경이 일시적으로 촬영될 수 있습니다. 해당 이미지는 기술적 검증 목적으로만 사용되며 외부에 저장되지 않고, 개인을 식별하기 위한 목적이 아닙니다. 위조가 의심될 경우 관련 법령에 따라 최소한의 정보가 일시적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
애플리케이션은 Google Play Services 등의 제3자 서비스를 통합하고 있으며, 이들 서비스는 각각의 약관을 따릅니다. 별도로 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 인터넷 연결 및 기기 사용
일부 기능은 인터넷 연결을 필요로 합니다. 연결 문제, 요금, 배터리 부족 등으로 인한 기능 제한에 대해서는 서비스 제공자가 책임지지 않으며, 이에 따른 요금은 사용자 본인의 책임입니다.
6. 사용자 책임 및 보안
기기 보안은 사용자 책임이며, 탈옥(Jailbreak) 또는 루팅(Rooting)은 보안을 저해하고 앱 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 손해에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 종료
서비스 제공자는 사전 고지 없이 애플리케이션 이용을 중단시킬 수 있으며, 위조 행위 또는 약관 위반 시 즉시 종료될 수 있습니다. 종료 시:
(a) 사용권은 종료되며,
(b) 애플리케이션을 즉시 삭제해야 합니다.
8. 책임의 한계
서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션 및 웹사이트의 정보 정확성을 위해 노력하지만, 외부 시스템 및 데이터에 의존하므로 정보의 정확성 또는 최신성에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.
9. 약관의 변경
본 약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있으며, 변경사항은 본 페이지에 공지됩니다. 계속 이용 시 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
